SHIPPING POLICY


Local Orders

  • You can pick up your items in our office during office hours, or we ship to you by courier
  • All order payment must be completed within 7 days. Unpaid orders for more than 7 days will be cancelled and its item(s) will not be reserved
  • If your order is cancelled before payment, please place a new order and complete payment
  • Orders will be shipped within 3 Working Days after payment was received. Orders with preorder item(s), unclear address(es)/attention(s) or back stocking item(s) will take longer time to prepare
  • Please purchase preorder and in stock items separately to ensure in time delivery
  • We try our best to purchase insurance for international parcels to protect them from damage during shipment. However, compensation amount refers to the item value you claim
  • Free local shipping for single order over HKD600
  • Please provide a valid Phone Number for contact and confirmation
  • For pick up customer, we will inform you once the item is ready. Please take the item within 30 days since the pickup message has been delivered; or Tiny reserves the right to handle the items without further notice

Oversea Orders

  • Express shipping (EMS) will take 2-5days to arrive
  • Registered air mail will take 12-14 days to arrive

Order Tracking

  • You can trace your order by logging in your account
    MY PROFILE> MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY
  • We will inform you the Date of Shipment; Expected Arrival Time and the Tracking Number via email once your order has been shipped

    If you could not receive your parcel after the expected arrival date, please contact your nearby post office and related shipping company
  • For international shipment, if you could not receive your parcel after 30 days, please contact us. We will contact Hong Kong Post Office to trace the parcel and it usually takes 30-60 days to complete investigation. If the parcel is confirmed missing, we will refund the compensation amount received and official invoice from the Post Office together with the official invoice. Please be reminded that the refunded amount might not be full payment of your order. The Hong Kong Post Office usually takes around 30 days to complete the refund process

Tax and Duties for Oversea Orders

  • Please select the Parcel Value and Parcel Type before submitting orders. We will mark the parcel according to your request. The value you requested will affect the compensation amount of insurance in case of any damage caused to your parcel during shipping. We are not responsible for the any lost resulting from the parcel value you requested.
  • We are not responsible for any tax or duties in your country. Please contact your local Post Office or Customs for details.
