Delivery Clause

Detailed rules:

  • Local orders can choose Shop pick-up/ SF express (pay upon delivery). Free single local SF delivery for in-stock order over $500, excluding Pre-order item(s).
  • The office hours are as follows:
    Monday to Friday morning, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8)
    (excluding public holidays or special events, such as a company exhibit)
  • International shipping is uniformly handled by UPS
  • Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the order, unless the order contains a pre-order product; the address is not clear or some of the products are awaiting replenishment.
  • All orders must be completed of payment processing. Otherwise, the order will be considered to be cancelled, and the selected product will be released for public purchase.
  • If your order is cancelled before payment, you may need to place a new order.
  • If your order includes both pre-order goods and in-stock available goods, the goods will be dispatched according to their available time. Customers may required to pay extra shipping cost.
  • Single local orders (excluded pre-order items), if the products of the purchase reach/are over HK $500, the order will receive free SF delivery service.
  • Please be reminded that IF customers FAIL to receive the parcel, SF express will CHARGE an extra administration fee. The charge will be total of the delivery fee of the order plus $10. The charge is collected by SF express, which CANNOT be waived. 
  • Due to the unpredictable availability of pre-order items, the goods will be dispatched according to their available time. Customers may required to pay extra shipping cost.
  • Please refer to the delivery time data provided by SF Express or the relevant courier company for all shipping durations.
  • Shop Pick-Up: Once the order has arrived at the designated pick-up point, a pick-up notification will be sent to the contact number provided. The order is available for free pick-up within 30 days from when the customer receives the pick-up notification. Otherwise, order will be cancelled and discarded without further notice.
  • TINY reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to this Website and to these T&C as and when we considers appropriate and without any notifications. Please check this website regularly for any revisions and/or amendments. By continuing to use this website, you agree to abide by the respective amended T&C.  

Order tracking:

  • You can login on our website at "my account" > "my order" to view the order record, you can see each order's relevant payment and delivery information.
  • If you have not received the expected date of arrival in the package, please use the following link tracking package:

  • Please pay attention that the pick-up period of the local postal package is 7 days. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender post office instead of received nearby post office.
  • At the same time, if you have not received the parcel since the date of arrival, please contact your local post office or express company.
  • For international parcels, if you have not received your package after 30 days, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking the parcel with the relevant courier company. If the package is confirmed lost, we will file a compensation claim with the courier company, and the compensation amount will be determined according to the courier company’s regulations.
  • Compensation investigation usually takes 30 days or less. When we receive the compensation documents, we will refund the corresponding amount. Please note that the refund amount may not be the full payment; we will provide the refund amount as shown on the official invoice from the courier company and compensate accordingly.

International taxes and duties:

  • Please select the total value and type of package before submitting the order. We will mark the value of your mail according to your requirements to help avoid excessive taxes or customs duties.
  • It is also important to note that the insurance we buy depends on the value of the buyer's choice. This will affect the compensation value in case of damage during transit. Please note that Toyeast will not be held responsible for the loss.
  • We are not responsible for any tax or customs duties in the buyer's country. You may need to pay in the recipient country before receipt. Please contact your local post office or related offices for more details.
