Terms & Conditions

  1. Free local SF express delivery (HK customers) for any in-stock purchases order that reached HKD$500. Please note that 
  2. Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. All orders have a 14-day working period for retrospective review. Overdue orders may not be processed, and the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
  3. For all products purchased from TINY online shop with quality problems (Exclude Overseas order), we offer 14 days Return & Exchange Policy (within 14 days from the date of receipt). Returns for any reason or without any condition are excluding the following circumstances: you purchase the wrong product, repeated purchase from online or physical store, you dislike the product, or you are not aware of product descriptions before purchase, and etc.
  4. For overseas order purchased from TINY online shop with quality problems, we offer refund ONLY. Please return the defect item(s) and refund will be arranged after we received the items.
  5. Once the 14-day return period has expired, any exchange or refund request will not be considered.
  6. Each invoice accepts exchange or refund once only.
  7. Only same item will be provided once for each exchange. Please check the exchanged product right after receiving it at the store, and if you are not satisfied with the exchanged product. Please return products with original receipt to TINY and request refund via whatsApp. Administrative costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  8. Please make sure that the package of an item for returning is intact and there is no human damage. Otherwise, exchange and refund will not be accepted.
  9. TINY shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable.
  10. TINY reserves the right to determine whether the products satisfy returns conditions. No exchange or refund will be accepted with products having minor flaws due to coloring or printing after staff's examination.
  11. This Disclaimer has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  12. TINY reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to this Website and to these T&C as and when we considers appropriate and without any notifications. Please check this website regularly for any revisions and/or amendments. By continuing to use this website, you agree to abide by the respective amended T&C.  

Returns Procedures

1. Return and exchange at TINY physical shop
If there is product quality problem, please contact 5633 2221 via whatsApp for exchange within 14 days after the receipt of your order (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). Please include following information:

  1. Online order number
  2. Detailed photo(s) of the defective product(s) with defect circled
  3. Product ID
  4. TINY store that you would like to go for product exchange

Once we receive your whatsApp, the replacement item(s) will be sent to the preferred TINY Shop within 1-2 weeks. Please bring along the return item(s) with original packaging to the designated TINY Shop for exchange within 14 days after receiving the pickup notification which will be sent via whatsApp.

2. Return and exchange by local mail service
If there is product quality problem, please contact us for exchange within 14 days after the receipt of your order (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase) via email (cs@tiny.com.hk). Please include following information in your email:

  1. Online order number
  2. Detailed photo(s) of the defective product(s) with defect circled
  3. Product ID

Once we receive your email, we will reply you as soon as possible. If your exchange request is accepted, please send the item(s) with intact packaging by post to the address provided by customer service team. On the package, please clearly state your online order number. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of the shipping cost and losing items.

Once we receive the returned products and determine that they meet the return criteria, we will send the replacement product to the same address on the original order.

No refund or exchange if we do not receive your returned items.

Refund Procedures

1. Applicable to Local Customers

  • Alipay & WeChat Pay: 90 days free refund period*
  • Credit Card: 1-year free refund period*
  • If the free refund period is expired, please refer to the following refund procedure:
  • Bank transfer: FREE bank charges if using BOC and HSBC 
  • Other LOCAL Banks: $5 charge for EACH transaction (Collected by the Bank)
(Surcharge can be waived under circumstances, please contact the CS department for further information.)

2. Applicable to Overseas Customers

  • Alipay & WeChat Pay: 90 days free refund period*
  • Credit Card: 1-year free refund period*
  • If the free refund period is expired, please refer to the following refund procedure:
  • Wise transfer: $5 charge for EACH transaction (Collected by the Bank);
  • AND Wise transfer surcharge (Collected by Wise. For the charge rate, please refer to https://wise.com/)
(Surcharge can be waived under circumstances, please contact the CS department for further information.)

*The FREE refund period is subject to the processing time of the accounting department.*

【TINY Hong Kong🇭🇰 Announcement】 Change in Delivery Method for Overseas Orders

Effective from April 23, 2024, the delivery method for overseas orders (i.e., deliveries outside of Hong Kong) will be unified and handled by "UPS." This change is aimed at providing a more stable and efficient international shipping service to ensure timely delivery of your orders. We will provide you with relevant tracking numbers once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your package at any time. Please note that this change only applies to overseas orders, and local orders will not be affected.

【TINY Hong Kong🇭🇰 Announcement】 Notice Regarding Delayed Shipment of Online Orders

Starting from February 19, 2024, local orders have the option to choose between SF express delivery (Pay on delivery) or in-store pickup (specified branches). For local single orders of in-stock products with a net value reaching HK$500, the order will be eligible for free single SF express delivery service. Existing orders will not be affected; however, if there is a need to change the delivery method, please contact customer service through WhatsApp at +852 5633-2221 during office hours. In case of any disputes, TINY Microfilms reserves the right to make the final decision.
