Policy

  1. We strongly recommend you to check the merchandise after acquisition of your product(s) (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase).

For TINY orders, all products purchased at TINY online shop and at physical store cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only*

We offer 14-day Return & Exchange Policy for products in their “Good Condition”. Inaccurate reasons for returns including customer’s purchase errors, customer no longer wants the items or customer did not read the descriptions before purchase and etc. Such return requests will not be accepted.
*Except all 1/18 Scale products

 

  1. Once the 14-day return period has expired, your items will not be able to return or exchange.

 

  1. Only one replacement is given for the exchange. If you are still not satisfied with the replacement product, we offer a refund service for you. The price of the refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made

 

  1. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation and return the Products to us, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. When returning a product(s) to us we recommend you obtain a proof of posting. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product(s) and verify the fault.
  1. TINY reserves the right to determine your defective products, concerning regarding the tiny defects of the color printing or paint. If TINY determines that your product is defective, you are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Returns Procedures

Shipment inside Hong Kong

Return and exchange at TINY physical shop

  1. We accept returns for the any TINY product(s) with quality problem within 14 days of the date of acquisition of your product(s) (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase). You have to present the original order form, return product(s) with original packaging in the TINY Shop for exchange.

*Friendly reminder: Please note that inventory level of the products vary from place to place, you can call and check our shop in advance.

  1. In case which the replacement item for exchange is out of stock in our shops, you must contact TINY by email at cs@tiny.com.hk within 14 days of the date of acquisition of your product(s) (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase).

The following information should be written in the email,

  1. Pre-order number/Order number/Reference number
  2. Detailed photo(s) of the defective product(s)
  • Preferred location for picking up

Once we received your email, the replacement item(s) will be sent to the preferred location for you within seven days. You will receive a notification SMS, when the reserved exchange product(s) is ready to pick up. Please bring along the posted invoice, the return products with original packaging in the TINY Shop for exchange.

 

Return and exchange by local mail service

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of the date of acquisition of your product(s) (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase) to request for exchange.

The following information should be written in the email,

  1. Pre-order number/Order number/Reference number
  2. Detailed photo(s) of the defective product(s)

Once we receive your email, we will reply you as soon as possible. After our confirmation, the exchange item(s) with your pre-order/order number should be written on the packaging. Please ship back to our address, Flat B, 1/F, Mow Hing Industrial Building, 205 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please be aware that the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge.

Once the exchange item(s) has been checked by TINY, you will receive a replacement item at the same address on the original order.

When returning a product(s) to us we recommend you obtain a proof of posting. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product(s) and verify the fault.

 

Return and exchange by overseas mail service

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of the date of acquisition of your product(s) (as determined by the date of signing for the purchase) to request for exchange.

The following information should be written in the email,

  1. Pre-order number/Order number/Reference number
  2. Detailed photo(s) of the defective product(s)

Once we receive your email, we will contact you for the further procedure.
